Check in was seamless. We arrived in our room late and were happy with the accommodations. The room was neat, the floor was quiet and we were able to quickly warm up from the frigid temps as soon as we turned the heat on. One thing I will say is the water in the shower got chilly a little too quickly and it didn’t warm up. I loved the availability of coffee at any time and the staff was really attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel and the staff. They are all so friendly. My major disappointment was there was NO heat in the lobby area. The girls at the front desk had to wear their winter coats and you had to wear one to breakfast. This needs to be a priority for The Marriott Company. Not acceptable at all

Pros: The heat in the room worked. The shower was hot. The breakfast offered a large variety of healthy options, including fresh fruit. The hotel was quiet at night. Cons: The heat was not working in the lobby and breakfast area during our entire 5 night stay. Upon arrival, we had to go through 5 different rooms and room keys to finally get one to open. The refrigerator froze all the food and drinks and we were unable to adjust the temperature.

Highlight of the entire stay was the breakfast. Although most of it was dehydrated & frozen, the quality and cleanliness was excellent. Staff was friendly and easy to communicate with.
