The staff was polite and very helpful with questions about the cities and places to visit. The room was not completely clean since there were bottle caps under the desk and toilet was not completely clean, especifically toilet seat.

It was the cheapest, and the staff was nice. But he needs to be freshened up completely. The pullout bed had crumbs in it. And the building in general smells like somebody smokes in it commonly.

Chose to stay here because I had an early flight the next day. Price point was good. Room clean but somewhat worn and outdated. Bed, pillows and linens in good condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful. check in/out was smooth. Staff pointed out places to eat that were nearby. Transportation to airport was arranged and on time as was my wake-up call. Vending machine was mostly empty.

A perfectly acceptable place to spend a night as you are passing through. Though I can't imagine anyone is vacationing with Windsor Locks as their final destination, if there is more to this place than I know and that is your plan, then I would probably not think this would be your best choice. Hallways could use a deep cleaning to get rid of a not-so-great smell, the lobby is just very basic and could be better maintained, and the rooms are definitely dated. But the rooms are generally clean, sheets are clean and in good condition (and are free of the odor from the hallway), check-in is easy, the location is prime for the airport, and it's about the cheapest you're going to find in the area. All in all, if money isn't a factor and you want a bit of luxury, you can do better but if you want to minimize costs and don't mind minimal accommodations and some imperfections, this place is perfectly acceptable!

This is an inexpensive older hotel on the old county road that has been replaced by a parallel road. You should expect the furniture to be old-style and heavily worn. My toilet and sink were very new. The mattress was comfortable. They have a machine that dispenses coffee, and surprisingly it was plenty bold. Unlike some hotels that now only offer a Duvet, this hotel still uses separate sheets, blankets. I consider this a good thing because having only a Duvet is too hot.
