Nothing good to say about this hotel as I had booked through Hotels.com and needed to change weekends, however, after the representative from Hotels spoke to management it was a hard "no". The weekend that I needed to change was a high volume weekend for the JMU as it was a very big game (WS) to a less volume weekend. Remember not cancelling, just changing dates. Sorry Radison, a season ticket holder for football games, I will never stay at a hotel owned by your cooperation-your costumer service is terrible.

It was very comfortable, parking was safe, only damper was that the soda machine did not work, I told to walk across the street on a very cold night to get something to drink from a 7/11. I thought that was kind interesting. Overall, it was great.
