Todo was awesome at communicating with us. Even before we arrived, You reached out to let us know there might be a problem with the door. He got someone over to unlock the door for us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful house. It was clean and well-kept. Even though we had a few minor issues, You took care of those and insisted on a partial refund. Thank you! We'll be back!
