This is a nice hotel, great location, very convenient to everything.
A couple things bugged me: First, my reservation had been cancelled, (not by me, not by Expedia), so I had to start from scratch when I checked in. These things happen, I got my room so all's well that ends well.
But then late at night, (or very early in the AM), around 4AM, someone on the floor was playing very loud music that woke us up. I tried to call the Front Desk, but the phone rang for over 5 minutes, and no one answered. I hung up and dialed the Emergency Number, and again no one answered. Finally I tried back again and eventually someone answered. That kind of low level of service drives me crazy. Its not an inexpensive palace to stay, they need to do better.
