It’s a great location, in front of Scotia Square, bus stops and minutes away from the ferry terminal and several restaurants. Great staff, I had a minor issue and they assisted quickly.

Good location. Icy cold staff. Despite reporting WiFi issues, nothing was done. They connected me to their techs who had solutions. First time I’ve had to do my own troubleshooting. Despite this, no action was taken. In fact, they did not pass concerns to management.

Overall: a good experience and a good value for the money. Clean and most welcoming with night security adding to the level of comfort. The check in staff - she was lovely and helpful and couldn't do enough for me. The staff member who did my check out on the last day was equally friendly, kind and supportive seeking to help. Only one front desk staff person was cold and unfriendly both times that I interacted with her, so clearly attitude is an issue and perhaps should be coached and given the opportunity to at least pretend to be supportive. Apart from that one, not having daily housekeeping was a bit of a setback but when I asked for towels and tissues, was immediately looked after. The location is great and the overall feeling is one of welcome. I'll be back.

The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the bed sank in the middle and their were no mat in the tub so very slippery. Minor issues that can be addressed quickly. We would stay there again

The room was only made up every three days. Carpeting and furniture were warn and dated. The elevator sounded shaky. The Tempo restaurant adjoining gets 5 stars. The best seafood chowder I ever had.

Parking is a nightmare. We had no water from 9:30 Pm to 6am and were not advised until the day of. The next day, we had no hot water and needed to be moved to a different floor, and a lower regular room vs a suite. The only compensation offered was one free day of parking.

Check in was at 3 but when we arrived we were told the housekeeping had a busy day and the room wouldnt be ready for awhile , we didn’t get in until close to 6 . But they did give us 20 % off which was good , The parking is way across the street and that night our truck got broken into . No cameras in the parking parcade The rooms are getting outdated but for the price that night and the location to the Scotia centre it was fine but don’t think I’d ever stay here again
