Wonderful place, Wonderful experience!

This wonderful hostel was a delightful surprise and the onsen really was an added bonus with its outer pool! With a bit of planning, you can take a local bus or use your Hakone Free Pass to be dropped off within a block of the hostel from the train station. Great staff, great accommodations and fully enjoyed my stay!

It's a great stay here, friendly staff service but a bit inconvenience as it's situated at hilly terrains, especially carrying large luggages uphill by walk on our arrival. The onzen, kitchen and pantry facilities was nice and convenient.

It's a great place to stay – with an outdoor and an indoor onsen! Completely traditional rooms with tamati, chabudai and futon. Very nice hostel for families. Beautiful surroundings, quiet, clean, well supplied kitchen and nice common areas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful snd we enjoyed using the onsen. I wish the dorm.rooms were not mixed gender as some large men in my room.snored loudly and were sweaty with bad body odor. Some.staff were nice but most staff were indifferent. The man was a but snappy with some guests.
