出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。 従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。

첫 료칸이었는데 구조나 시스템에 대해 잘 설명해주셔서 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다. 아침 저녁으로 나온 가이세키도 맛있었고 온천도 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 살면서 이렇게나 극진한 대접을 받아본 적이 있나 싶을 정도로 모든 면에서 정말 행복한 경험이었습니다.

客室に館内にと綺麗で清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方も親切丁寧で、対応もたいへん良かったです。 温泉（大浴場）は室内室外と分かれておりゆったりと入れました。 食事はたいへん美味しく、またスタッフもてきぱきしており、おかわりや、飲み物のオーダーもスムーズでした。 また交通の便はバスがメインとなり、強羅駅からは距離を感じましたが、周辺にはポーラ美術館にガラスの森美術館があり、堪能出来ました。 是非また来たいと思った宿泊施設でした❗️
