What a delightful hotel!! Awesome location literally next to the train station, great food in the area as well as at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast was amazing. Onsen was really lovely too. Rooms were very minimalist but comfy and had a great view.

Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Location of the hotel was right beside Gora Station and bus station to you to Gotemba Premium Outlets. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommend staying here if you are doing the Hakone Loop.

Thank you for a good stay. The breakfast option at the hotel was nice since the area doesnโ€™t have too many dining places (thatโ€™s just Hakone for you). But the location was pretty good and the hotel had everything we needed for the most part for the two nights we stayed. I would recommend to others or come back myself. Thank you.

Property was clean and the room was very large. Breakfast was also nice and had some variety. Using the Gora underpass we arrived to our hotel in 2 minutes walking from the station. The onsen wasn't working due to heavy rain. We were sent to another hotel to use their onsen about a 6-7 min walk away but it did subtract from the experience. I understand nature is out of our hands but I feel like the hotel could have offered something out of the minibar complimentary due to the inconvenience of it.

Great place and location

Loved our stay in the emblem flow hostel. It was so close to gora station, the onsen was great, we got a private room and it was so clean, nice and comfortable. we were celebrating our honeymoon and our room had a nice welcome gift and celebratory note, it was so so nice. The staff was very friendly, I definitely would stay here again.

Good location, close to Gora station. And it has a very good ONSEN! Love it. But, no private toilet :( . It provides a ear plugs in the welcome package, yes, noise in night time. It is affordable for budget traveller in compare to the other hotels in the district.

I stayed here for one night with my wife. Itโ€™s right next to Gora station so very convenient. It was clean and modern and had a great little onsen too. The staff were brilliant - very happy to help. There was a good breakfast included with the room. I would definitely recommend.
