First class in every aspect. Very friendly and courteous staff. The breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had and the service was incredible. In the heart of downtown Hai Phong is very walkable to exquisite local food and nightlife. The rooms were very clean and elegant. Very reasonably priced. A must stay if you are ever in Hai Phong
