• Parking for up to 4 vehicles including a boat on a trailer
Things to know
• Boating access- please note that motorized boats cannot be pulled up to the deck at the house but can be launched at the community launch and tied up at the community pier. Large boats are not recommended due to the shallow water in Little Lagoon. Due to changing tides, while you may be able to launch kayaks and canoes at the house, access in to the lagoon may change and not always be available
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• Pets Allowed: Dogs only (maximum of 2 per reservation). Each dog must weigh no more than 30 lbs. A pet fee of $150 + tax applies per dog.
