Comfortable seats in the living area are welcome after a long day of play, and there is a flat-screen television and stereo system for your use. If you want to make meals, there is a flat-top range and plenty of cookware in the kitchen, and a breakfast counter with a pair of stools for quick dining. A bistro table with chairs is close by, plus a table with four chairs is on the balcony where you can enjoy a few meals in the fresh air.

Your master bedroom suite provides a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, and a bathroom with a sink, vanity counter, and tub-shower combination. Should you have a child or two with you, a pair of appropriately sized bunk beds are in a hallway niche, conveniently close to the half-bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
