Receptionist was rude from the start, not very approachable, and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my reserved room. She only pointed the building where we had our room at. We weren’t given any wifi information at the time of check in, only a remote for the TV. Mattress was very hard. I reserved for 4 people and there was ONE towel in the bathroom. Never returning as there is more hotels that are more accessible and comfortable for less.

El lugar es bonito, con una estética agradable y un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, las condiciones de confort dejaron mucho que desear. A pesar del calor, ninguna ventana se podía abrir, lo que hacía que la ventilación fuera insuficiente. Además, el ventilador disponible solo arrojaba aire caliente, lo que dificultaba descansar. Las camas resultaron ser bastante duras y las almohadas incómodas, lo que hizo que dormir fuera complicado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, quienes siempre estuvieron atentos y brindaron un trato excepcional.

Al realizar la reservación y elegir la habitación con cama king size en la publicación muestra una habitación con una imagen completamente diferente a lo que te asignan . En realidad nos dieron una habitación con muebles viejos , colchón durísimo ,almohadas que parecían rrellebas de bolas de algodón . Hab. Con olor a humedad y olor a guardado . No engañen al huésped con un servicio que no están ofreciendo . Ya hay más comentarios de esta misma situación publicada por otros huéspedes . La calidad en el servicio es la que hace la diferencia para que un huésped se fidelice con un establecimiento . Nos retiramos del hotel ni una hr. Duramos . El día de ayer escribi y su respuesta fue que la habitación que había elegido en plataforma era con cama king y que fue la que se asignó . Sin embargo la imagen publicada nada que ver con lo físicamente asignado . Lamentablemente no tomamos fotografía porque estábamos muy decepcionados y preferimos retirarnos del establecimiento .
