I loved Elsie our cleaning service lady, she went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Extremely polite, friendly and professional. Gera not only was a great bar tender but he eventually became a friend, his recommendations of where to visit and where to eat were phenomenal. Another reason why we enjoyed our trip even more. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was also a high light of our stay. Warm welcoming smile that made you feel special. However, the lady I spoke with over at reservations was rude, unprofessional and nasty. I called in to let them know I was showing up a day late, she told me my reservation was canceled with out even verifying if the information was correct. Did not want to hear me out and just hung up the phone. She definitely needs more training in the work place. Overall everything went well, location was perfect! Minus that phone call.

Great hotel for the price

I have stayed there before but it had been about a year since our last stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I didn't like that now you have to pay extra if you want the better breakfast and every morning they make sure to tell you out loud that you can only have the stuff to the right cause you didn't pay for the other. We stayed 5 nights so I knew this by day 2 there's no need to repeat it every morning. It made me feel like they single you out. I'm not a big breakfast eater so the simple breakfast is fine.I just wanted toast and coffee but you only have like jelly and butter for the toast. I was in the mood for peanut butter and asked if I could just take a 1/2 spoonful of peanut butter from the buffet and they make it seem like it was such a big deal. In the end the supervisor or guy in charge said it was fine but I really didn't like the way they made me feel.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. It was clean and felt safe. The air systems were challenging to get to work, but other then that, it was great.
