Enjoyed this hotel. Comfortable and secure.

Loved the staff. Very nice people ate at k grill which is amazing Korean food a couple blocks away. Fun and different castle type hotel!

Melle or Nelle I’m bad with names. She was fabulous and spoke really good English. She also knows all the good spots to recommend. Love her to bits. The place is absolutely gorgeous and extremely secure.

The owner charges me $300 pesos for cleaning the room which they did not disclose and I was forced to pay since I can't leave without paying. They try to charge one extra person although I paid for 2 people. Shower did not work well. They also charged for sitting on patio drinking our own beer although we bought drinks from hotel. I would NEVER stay at this place again, EVER!

La Mansión

La Mansión was a very unique stay. It’s an oasis in a big metropolis. Chapalita is great. So many awesome restaurants, cafes, and shops all in a few blocks. The interior was funky and castle like. The pool was beautiful and lovely to stick your feet in after a long day exploring. But what made our stay great was the staff. They were all so friendly and caring. I’d definitely stay again.
