The room was nice but it was a bit dirty and neglected. There was a smell coming from the drain. The AC didnt work. Great location for everything at walking distance. So many places to eat and very centralized. Would stay here again.

The room was great, very nice location but, there was a terrible stench in the sewer. We stayed there for 3 nights 4 days, first night was ok, the second night the odor was worse that I even approached the housecleaning staff to ask for some kind of deodorant or something to go the smell go away, oh and we did not have hot water, I was able to shower with a bit of hot water but my husband got all the cold water after me. The third day was the worst in regards of the smell we just wanted out, we were placed in one of the rooms facing the front right above the restaurants and not even the noise bothered us as much as the smell did. Everything else was good except for that.

Habitación estaba muy sucia del suelo, cabellos por todos lados, había tecuejos en la cocina, las almohadas olían a perfume lo que da a pensar que no se lavaron o no se reemplazaron las fundas por una limpias, el baño no se iba el agua al parecer se creó una burbuja de aire en la coladera de la regadera y no dejaba que se fuera el agua de la taza ni de la regadera, quedaron de mandar el codigo de acceso y no lo mandaron, llegando ahí el guardia y yo tuvimos que intentar contactar al anfitrión para tener el código.

Muy bonita la decoración 10/10 pero el problema fue que encontramos mala higiene e insectos de suciedad (cucarachas) además que una señorita nos atendieron de mala manera (no tanto pero no fue tan amable).
