The hotel is in the middle of the airport so no access by car. The new car park is about 300 meters walk to the hotel and there are NO TROLLYS. The airport has banned them, we had 6 very large pieces of luggage between 2 people and there was no way to get them from the car park to the hotel. The hotel refused to lend us their luggage trolly saying it was not allowed to leave the premises it was an absolute nightmare, no help from staff whatsoever.
