Access to the balcony was for VIP rooms only, but not advertised that it was. It was one of the amenities that I was looking forward to. Breakfast options were limited also and the same everyday which get old if you’re there for an extended stay.

I don't recomend this hotel, if you need the invoice. the invoice amount was different that I paid by expedia. In the Expedia plataform I can not find some contact to help me with this issue. the Hotel side don't support me to invoiced with the correct amount, the hotel position is order to contact Expedia to get the invoice, was very disappointing. But in the Expedia does have any support with the invoiced. to be honest, how I can to do?
