Checking in for three rooms turned out to be a hassle. The receptionist was adamant that he needed to wait for two more people to arrive, even though I repeatedly explained that they were part of our group. It seemed like a straightforward situation, but the language barrier got in the way. I've never had this issue at other hotels, where they've always been able to accommodate us under one reservation. After a long day of traveling, this experience was the last thing I needed.

Room and staff are fine. Two drawbacks. Only one coffee and a litre of water provided in the room, regardless of length of stay. The other issue is the music at poolside and in the upper 360 Bar. Played at mind numbing volume the choice of music is regrettable.
