The views are certainly worth booking this hotel. Rooms were clean and the staff does a very good job of organizing and tidying up your room. The wait staff downstairs at the main restaurant were very good. However i noticed that most of the staff upstairs were much slower and i had to ask them several times to get me a drink. This was when they were not busy and during the day time for the record. I was unlucky and had the fortune of getting cold showers every day. I was too busy with my friends during my trip to make any changes so i just delt with it. The downstairs pool is really nice and overall i had a great experience. I noticed other friends staying at other hotels near by did not reciece same expereince ... granted they paid a little less but this hotel is certainly worth staying at. It might be rated 5 stars by Guadalajara standards .. but truly idk if they have any real 5 star hotels in the area. I would do your research. If you want a fun party hotel with amazing views and the 360 rooftop then you must stay here.
