The location is perfect for sight seeing and in walking distance to museums and entertainment. The rooms are kept clean and maintained . Our hose keeper Betty was amazing , super friendly , and always smiled and greeted us . Will be returning soon.

The lobby was dingy and dark. The staff were unhelpful and inconsistent with pricing for daily tours. The room was very cold, and there was no way to adjust the temperature. Overall, there was poor follow-through.

No problem with the room but I used their laundry service and my clothes came back smelling like diesel that it made the whole room smell like that. My clothes were ruined and they still charged me for that service.
