For stays longer than 1 month, our weekly cleaning fee of $420 MXN is required. Upon check-in, a damage deposit is also required. You can choose between a one-time payment of $107 MXN or a retention of $1,500 MXN, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages occur (the refund may take a few days, depending on your banking institution). We love welcoming your furry companions too! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we charge a $1,000 MXN pet deposit upon check-in. This amount will be fully refunded as long as no damages or disorder occur during your stay. We want you to feel comfortable and safe, and this measure is only to maintain a pleasant space for all of our guests. We hope you enjoy your visit together!
