Property is in nice location so I figured I will give it a try first night was excellent but the second night they had a party going by the pool till 1:30 am with loud music and drinking so you can imagine what kind of night it was didn’t rest at all that night the 3rd night was quiet …. Hola la habitación no estaba limpia ya que se encontraba una cucaracha en la habitación muerta. Y cuando estaba acostada andaba caminando una araña por la cama. La sobre cama estaba sucia. Y las sabanas tenia muchos cabellos. El personal muy amable la señora de limpieza. Pero uno de los recepcionista muy grosero cuando le comentamos que si habian fumigado por la cucaracha y la araña se molesto dijo que ahoirta lo hacia y no fue para ir a limpiar la cucaracha solo nos cambio de habitación. Nunca me ayudaron con la maleta.

Me dieron habitación al parecer con coc@ín@ y sucia. Reservé 4 habitaciones, las 4 sucias, con pelos, olor a cigarro, cobijas sucias y con pelos. LA CAMA MUY MUY DURA, unas no servía la puerta otra el lavamanos. Muchos huéspedes quejándose. No me hicieron válida la cancelación pero aún así me fui a otro hotel. Estéticamente bonito pero nadamas . Es una asquerosidad de hotel y servicio. No te engañes por las reseñas buenas, yo reservé 4 y todas estaban muy mal.

Se descompuso la chapa de la puerta de baño y me quedé encerrado tuvieron que romper la puerta para sacarme. Nos cambiaron de habitación y la puerta del baño estaba muy hinchada y costaba mucho trabajo abrirla y cerrarla.
