I chose this hotel because it was close to shopping malls and a lot of amenities but the truth is that it is isolated along other apartment buildings and isn’t the kind of property that you can walk out onto the street and get to any of those amenities. There’s a wonderful car service from the hotel that takes you to the local shopping center, which is Andares, which is really helpful. I used it twice, and the driver was helpful unfriendly. I also use the late checkout, and the person in the front desk was very helpful and flexible.

Sin duda el mejor hotel en que he estado en Guadalajara, es totalmente nuevo, una decoración preciosa, un servicio increible, super bien ubicado a unos pasos del centro comercial mas bonito de la ciudad. El personal es super atento siempre atentos a lo que necesitaba. El desayuno y cena deliciosa, de verdad una experiencia cenar ahi con esa vista, la mejor de Guadalajara, Sin duda voy a regresar
