Step outside to the outdoor oasis. The newly built 40ft custom-lit saltwater pool, loungers and large turf area are shared with other PÀRIS Villas guests, and there is a fully equipped gym on site.

The villa sits in a private community in the heart of Rodney Bay. Reduit Beach, world-class restaurants, shopping and nightlife are all within a 5-minute walk. It's the perfect base for couples, families and friends who want both luxury and location.

Good to know
Entire villa (ground floor) with 3 bedrooms (3 king beds), 4.5 baths, free parking and a private entrance. Sleeps 6. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM, with a 2-night minimum stay. Our property manager meets every guest in person and hands over the gate and house keys. No smoking inside (please use the balcony), no pets and no parties. Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is about 1 to 1.5 hours away by car, and we can arrange taxi, helicopter, ferry and rental car transfers.

Des améliorations sont nécessaires à l'intérieur de l- Pas de lampe de chevet Pas de drap mais uniquement un drap housse - Nous avons du utilisé le jeté de lit. Pas de placard dans les toilettes - donc les trousses et autres produits d'entretien ont du être posés par terre Très peu de couverts et autres plats dans la cuisine - manque couteaux verres à vin verre à champagne - il y avait uniquement deux petites assiettes et une grande assiette ==
