Staff were all so kind and genuinely happy to be working there. We felt incredibly safe on the resort at all times the premise was clean and everything there just flowed you just showed up and everything was taken care of. It was a wonderful experience.

Our first time in St Lucia, the Windjammer Landing Resort was incredible. The amenities were amazing and the staff was helpful and courteous. A special shout to the ladies at the spa, Francisca and Bediana . Our greeter, John was so friendly and attentive. We would definitely go back, just a spectacular place.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the staff were generally polite and helpful. The resort is beautifully located and well-maintained, offering wonderful views and a peaceful atmosphere. However, we experienced several issues that impacted our stay. The roof in our villa was leaking, and despite reporting it twice, it took two days before anyone came to wipe the kitchen floor. The refrigerator was also leaking inside. In addition, the Wi-Fi was down for two days, and although it was eventually repaired, the air conditioning in the living room remained non-functional until the day we left, despite two service requests. The manager initially offered us another villa with a noticeably worse view. When we declined, we were offered a $200 credit, which was later increased to $350. Unfortunately, this still felt insufficient considering that a single dinner for four at the resort costs around $400. Overall, while we appreciated the beauty and atmosphere of the property, issues of this scale should not occur in a resort of such prestige. A higher level of care and responsiveness from management would have made a significant difference in ensuring guest comfort.

Didn't appear that the floors of the room are ever cleaned. It is tile, but saw no signs of them ever being mopped. 98% of staff was amazing, a few restaurant server's seemed miserable everyday. Bar selection was ok, but this was probably due to being all inclusive property. Balcony was very spacious, I had a suite, but I was on first level, so my view was obstructed! Trees could be trimmed.

The customer service was amazing! I was given a complimentary room upgrade to a beautiful 1 bedroom villa with personal pool and ocean view. The room was immaculate. Extremely clean and beautiful. The food at the restaurants were amazing, and restaurant staff were very welcoming and accommodating as well. I was very sad to give my room band back to front desk at check-out. I will most certainly return again!

My husband and I stayed at Windjammer for our honeymoon in October 2025 and the experience was beyond our expectations! Firstly, the resort upgraded our room to a one bedroom villa! This was an exquisite surprise. Secondly, the entire staff complement we encountered was extremely accommodating and very friendly yet professional. There was no need they did not try to accommodate. There was an aura of happiness. The food is great and if you have to wait for a table, you receive complimentary drinks and snacks. Room service was top notch, we almost did not leave the room 😅 We loved our experience at Windjammer and could easily write a book but we will simply say, you got to experience it yourself!

Me and my wife chose to stay at Windjammer to celebrate our 10th anniversary and it is one of the best decisions we have made! We were surprised how spacious our villa was and the view outside our window was breathtaking! The food was absolutely excellent and we appreciate all the restaurants accommodating my wife's dietary restrictions. The staff is probably the best out of all the resorts we have been to. Everybody was very friendly, caring and treated us like family for the week we were there. Special shout outs to Travis and Solange from Jammers Restaurant. Michelle, Chevere and Shervon, our servers during breakfast. Kassandra, the hostess at Dragonfly during breakfast. Peter and Lawrence who work at the omelet station. Justin, one of our shuttle drivers. Kelly, our server at the pool. Nick from the Excursions office. John, Aidan, Martin and Kyllian who work at the front lobby. And finally, our ambassador Leesna.
