Cute 1 Bdrm Bungalow

This is in a central Greeley location with high speed Comcast (big screen)TV & Internet. Attached carport for your car & a patio furniture set in the fenced backyard. The 2nd bed is a PremAire Mattress, which is a luxury air mattress (queen size) to setup in the living room. Best suited for 2 people.

New window AC unit installed in July 2021 in bedroom and an additional new unit in the main living room.
