Don't let the unkempt grounds deter you. The inside is clean, organized, and tidy. Most importantly they dount gouge you on the rate for CSU graduation. The 25 minute or so drive into Ft. Collins is more than worth it. I award the rest of the hotels in the area 0 points and may God have mercy on their souls.

We were greeted by Sami who was amazing! Friendly & very helpful. Room had a faint smell of bleach which is a huge plus for me. Room was very clean & tidy. Very cute little bar off the lobby.
