A good and frienly stay

It a good place to stay. The room needs some maintenance attention, small details, but doesn't mean that it is not important. Lavatory lights one of the lights bulbs was burned. The light plastic cover beess ro be clean too (dusty). Besides that It was very comfortable my stay.

The shower curtain was ripped and barely hanging on. Chair in room was visibly stained. The pipe to shower head was squirting out towards the ripped shower curtain. I had to place a towel on floor to soak up the water. Bed was comfortable though. That was the main requirement of any stays.

We found used gum in our bathroom sticking to the mirror. The whole first floor reeks of mildew. The 3rd floor smelled like old trash and feces.

The check in process was easy rooms were comfortable. We choose the property based on the pool . We stayed one night for the kids to swim. At breakfast, we were told they decided not to open the pool till 10 am and not 8 am as listed and confirmed at check in. Police were present. There was an attempted kidnapping of a lady staying at the hotel. Apparently she was out front of the building.

Location is why I’d come back again

Very typical of a budget hotel. There was some bad mold, walls “melting” from moisture in the halls, stains in carpets, obvious recent remodeling due to water damage. The funniest part was that the laminate wall in the bathroom was stapled on to hold it together! It smelled kinda bad, but again, for a budget hotel, it was pretty typical. I’d be okay staying here again, but I do wish they’d keep it up a little more.
