This property was awesome- new construction, very clean, plenty of space, quiet neighborhood and perfect location for us as wewere there for the Air Show. Would definitely stay here again if in the area! All communication was easy and clear.

Nice house and walkable/bikeable area made for a nice stay. Drove Thompson Canyon to RMNP on Saturday, explored Devil’s Backbone on Sunday and rode the Loveland Rec Trail on Monday.

Centrally located for our week stay

The property is a nice, clean new build in a good neighborhood. We were looking for something close to a little bit of everything as we were there for a softball tournament and daytime adventures. You could reach any surrounding city in 15 - 20 minutes and 20 - 30 minutes from some great hikes. Colby was great at communicating with us and responding very quickly to any of our questions or concerns. Had a great little vacation.
