The room was spotless and we fell in love with the robes. It was awesome they had a Keurig and we had brought our special brands with us. Checking in was a no brainer..we were welcomed with a smile and were greeted by name. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast though on the last day we thought the biscuits should have been cooked a little longer and the bacon should have been more crisp. I can't comment on the menu food as I had to change mine to a special plate because I cannot eat spicy food and I had to order something different. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The resort is in excellent condition and the rooms comfy, clean, modern with great linens. Plenty of room for our team to spread out during the retreat. And the food was great during each meal!

We had rented one of Airstreams and it was full of gnats and stink bugs, I went to the office and explained the situation, and they were happy to make other’s arrangements on the property which was an upgrade, they did not charge us for the upgrade and the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and accommodating. I would stay again. Shannon was at the front desk and she was awesome!!!!

We stay here whenever our granddaughters perform Bluegrass at Sutton’s in Granville. During this visit, we had an early dinner at the resort before heading to the show and enjoyed the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. The food was good, and I appreciated being able to choose different sides to go with my entrée at dinner. The room was clean and the bed comfy. We enjoyed the lake view from our room.

The property was great. The staff was excellent. They really go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The property had recently taken a lightning strike so the Wi-Fi was sketchy but you shouldn’t really be there for the Wi-Fi. Unplug and take in the scenery.
