The toilet was broken. We had to take the lid off of the tank every time we needed to flush. There was hair all in the bedding. Felt dated and dirty. The bed was comfortable.

The reason for the overall low score is that I left a hat in the room and they lied and said I didn't. There was also a bag of clothes left from a previous guest that was not taken out, meaning they don't clean the rooms properly. I hope to get my hat back. It is very sentimental to me

The staff was 5 star and very helpful when canceling the reservation with Expedia due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, the room I booked still had dirty sheets and my family and I did not feel safe staying there.
