"Breakfast was pitiful! Not a full breakfast, a skimpy continental breakfast and not what is stated on their amenities! Our room was to have a walkin shower (as shown on website) and it was just a shower/tub and a hand held sprayer that struggled to work! SO DISAPPOINTED - there was a gym? "

"Recent hotel “renovations” were a new exterior, new lobby furniture, new HVAC units in rooms, but mostly just sloppily painting over problems. Bathtub/ shower and jacuzzi tub had both been “refinished” very poorly with runs in the paint and a lot of chips already. There is a lot of paint splatter & overspray all over. Recessed lights above the jacuzzi tub were partially dangling out of the ceiling and when you turn the jets on in the tub it kicks the lights off! Upon checking in we found a wad of hair between the back of the bathroom sink and the mirror, a pubic hair on the toilet seat, and some sticky gunk under the front of the cabinet that houses the fridge. For multi-night stays you have to request housekeeping services the night before which I’ve never encountered before."

"Originally got a good rate than charged extras checking in and made it more expensive beware of ownership they try to rip you off any chance they get"

"Hotel needs a lot. There is one elevator for the whole building. 2 luggage carts for the whole building. Hot tub is closed. Pool area had signs saying ubder construction so we didnt use it. Was given 3 rooms. One wasnt connected, second was a view od the roof when we asked for a pool view. That room the thermostat had a note on it do not use not conencted. 3rd room had a thermostat with no note but i dont think it worked. Temp stayed at 75 with the heat and cold changed to 33. Hotel is under construction but theres a LOT that needs to be fixed. Building had a lot of painting needed to be done cosmetic stuff. Parking lot is a little dark. Hallways are small. "
