Staff was great! The hotel itself is garbage! Lost water every morning when you want to shower. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Same food day after day. Will not stay there again!

Rooms are only cleaned every other day. Not enough pillows or linens. The couch in the sitting room was stained, Television is local news only. Otherwise. It was a hotel, motel, holiday inn - old song. Would not stay there again. The staff was pleasant. The issue were not their fault.

This was a very clean property. Unfortunately, it was lacking in service. #1 No one turned on the heat in the room before our arrival, walking into a room that is below 60 degrees is not acceptable. #2 I have never stayed at a Hampton that the bathroom amenities were not there... The shampoo in the shower was empty? #3 No one at the front desk at check out to let the staff know that the room needed attention. Kind of sad - but this location will be marked as a NOT...

Room was ok, ants in the bathroom. The day of our arrival there was winter weather & very Icy conditions. The parking lot & sidewalks were a sheet of ice. No salt on the sidewalks whatsoever, the next day at 11am they still didn't salt the lot or sidewalks. Poor maintinance.

The room was clean, beds comfortable. The hot tub was a little too hot-can be dangerous for some people if they are in it and don’t realize they may become dizzy from it. The pool was too cold for my liking and others said the same thing.

Friendly staff! Clean and quiet just the way I like it! The only complaint was the heater/cooler was too loud and made noise to loud to sleep thru. We end up turning it off at night room 205…only suggestion if your going to serve pork there should always be an alternative meat for the non pork eaters
