The room was spacious and clean. It also had a fireplace and a nice sized refrigerator. The price was exceptional.

Booked online, got to the location and was abruptly told they had no rooms and the Motel 6 was just down the road. I had to explain that there were rooms still available online and had to press her for availability. I was told she didn't know how to change it and that the house keeping staff was unable to keep up with cleaning rooms. Eventually she in fact had the room we booked, we paid a higher rate online for a "pet friendly" room but we were also charged an additional $20 fee at the property for the pet. Sketchy but ok... I'll pay your extra fee. It all worked out but definitely not smoothly.

The front desk staff were wonderful to us. One even came to the room to help us with the TV. The rooms are large and have a fireplace. The room was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!

It's called Western BUDGET for a reason.

Although all rooms are apparently non-smoking, it was very obvious that the room we were first assigned had been used by a smoker. One of the two queen beds had the bottom sheet short of the foot of the bed with a third of the sheet wrapped around the head of the mattress. Weird.

We so appreciated that when we forgot our kettle in the room it was turned in and we could retrieve it a few days later. The staff is very kind. Really missed the omelette and sausage breakfast. There wasn't much there.

Probably never stay there again. No wifi Advertised continental breakfast. But there was no coffee made two mornings in a row. No coffee cream to go with no coffee if you wanted cereal at times there wasn’t enough milk for everyone and I was told by co workers not to stay there now I know why

Pool was a pleasant amenity to have, it has a slight tub ring around the edges. Smoke detector was very yellow, management may consider swapping it out more regularly-sprinklered buildings so I felt reasonably safe regardless. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and helpful! Good value for what I paid to stay one night for a work trip.
