We had no heat in room. They didn’t have extra blankets in room. We had the option of moving to a king room but we needed separate beds. We were in our pyjamas and could have gone to a different building to get more blankets. We went to the vehicle and got our own blankets to stay warm. We checked out early to get warm in the car.

I have to say room was clean but wow it’s so outdated. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows. Touch lamp from the 80s. Free breakfast from 5-10 am, we went down at 8. Nothing left for hot food, everything was gone and a lot people came in during and after us. Got to have toast with and PBJ and frozen wrap. Check-in was nice. The staff were lovely.

Well to start when I phoned before booking they told me they had a hot tub which they did not The bed's were basically couch cushions for mattresses. You could not get hot water in the bathtub. Barely lukewarm. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10 and we got there at 8 and there was nothing.no a/c in the room and no one came to clean our room at all while we were there for couple days like make beds or bring towels

Outdated but clean.

Room was nowhere near like the picture. Very outdated. However the room was very clean. The TV/cable wouldn't work with the remote. If the pics were a true representation of the room, not a big deal, but it wasn't.
