No staff in the office to bring an extra pillow, told us to come get it ourself. Breakfast was a huge disappointment. No yogert, pancakes were cold and saddest looking pancakes ever. Worst was that the website for your hotel shows you have a hot tub. We chose your hotel because of the hot tub and there was no hot tub. Just the pool. The Website should be updated!

Clean room, good breakfast options, pleasant front desk staff. The only downside was we could not get a good room temperature. Either too warm or too cool. And there is no hot tub :(

Staff were all friendly and one stood out, Lourdes was very accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate the updates and notifications of what’s expected during the stay. She was informative. I stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham in Grande Prairie, and honestly, it was not a good experience. The room felt very outdated, with old furniture and a tired overall look. The “breakfast” was extremely disappointing — I don’t even know where to start. The most frustrating part was that there was no shower gel in the room. When I called the front desk the lady said, “Yeah, sure, I’ll bring it up,” but she showed up with a shampoo bottle and two Dove hand soaps instead. Like seriously — did I ask for shampoo? No. If there’s no shower gel available, just say that instead of showing up with random stuff. Am I supposed to shower with shampoo now? Then she told me they don’t have any shower gel at all. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels, but even they provide basic toiletries. Definitely not worth the price. I expected better standards from a Wyndham property
