Room was clean, bed was comfortable, great water pressure for the shower. Staff were very helpful-I arrived a day earlier than originally planned which meant changing rooms after first night (only myself the first night but no standard rooms left to accommodate the rest of my stay where there would be three of us). They told me to check with the desk in the morning and they would make sure I had a room to move to rather than emptying belongings back into car then rechecking in 3 hours later. This solution was perfect-just moved my belongings from one room to another and let them know when it was done. I preferred to do moving myself so didn’t ask if them doing it was even an option.

the staff upon arrival was not helpful. She talked about the value in booking directly and not through Expedia because we miss out on promo's, can't get upgrades etc. I wasn't impressed. I started to justify why we use and love Expedia but then just dropped it. The room was like a dungeon and we could hear all the noise outside and down the hallway. We regret booking this hotel.
