A quiet, modern two-bedroom suite in Westgate with its own private entrance, garage and fenced backyard. It is the private lower suite of a legal two-suite duplex. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and a dedicated workspace; the second bedroom has a queen bed, and a pull-out sofa sleeps a fifth guest. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, in-suite laundry and a smart TV. Park in the garage, then drive 7 min to the hospital, 6 to Costco, 5 to Walmart and Prairie Mall.

THE SPACE
Two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms (one en-suite), full kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa and smart TV, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, private garage, driveway and fenced backyard.

This is the lower suite of a legal two-unit duplex. The suites were built and permitted as separate units with an insulated floor between them, and the upper suite is separately rented. It is a quiet home; as in any two-storey building, some everyday footsteps can carry.

LOCATION
7 minutes to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital, 6 to Costco, 5 to Walmart, Prairie Mall and the restaurants on 100 Avenue. Quiet residential street with a paved walking path around the pond at the end of the street.

GUEST ACCESS
The whole lower suite is yours, plus the garage, driveway and fenced backyard. Self check-in with a keypad; the code is sent the day before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW
Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entrances only. No parties or events; guest count must match the booking. No smoking or vaping inside or in the garage. Pets by prior arrangement only.

A Gem of a Place

Clarisse, the apartment was perfect for our short visit. It had everything we needed, and was a great place to hang out in after some busy days. I look forward to coming back and staying there again.

Very nice!

Definitely a nice bright, modern lower level suite. Everything is as shown in pictures, very clean and new. Beds were comfortable and property being at the end of a new subdivision was very quiet. Was convenient having use of the garage and also being so close to restaurants and retail stores. There was the basics provided in kitchen but not a lot of extras like salad spinners, cheese grater, no coffee, tea etc. I was prepared for this as I didn't see any in the pictures and it wasn't noted so we'd brought our own. Host was accommodating and we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in GP.

Not as listed, last minute changes to a secondary basement suite. Residence was not completely finished, no temperature control, no garbage bags for garbage, linens were sparse, water leaking from roof.

This property was amazing! I've stayed at many vacation rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most comfortable! Easy entry, well stocked linens and access ro a garage makes this a top choice for a rental! Clarisse was also prompt with her communication and I will definitely book with her again.
