This hotel is tucked away in the mountains, so a long drive up the hill. Once you get there, everything is in order. On the outside, the building looks like a large, well maintained log cabin and the texts we received prior allowed easy access to the front door and to our room. The room felt cozy and welcoming, and the beds were super comfy, which really made us wish we had a few more days to linger. Breakfast was delish! I was happy to see that there were many serve yourself options along with coffee, teas, juices, etc. I enjoyed my breakfast on one of the sofas in front of the newly lit fire in the lobby and it was very peaceful. This visit felt like a real escape, so I will definitely be back to stay again!

my room's toilet was blocked on 11:00 pm . when i call the front D' man. he just say no tech was on duty now. but when we was get up 6:30 am the bathroom was flooded. finally the front girl just gave me a bottle W & say sorry. how did you feeling about it?

Amazing room, not so amazing breakfast

My family stayed in the room with 2 queen beds (myself, my husband, my daughter and her wife). The room was super spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The biggest downside was the breakfast and breakfast area. There are only two regular tables, so we had to have breakfast on the couch using the coffee table. Also, make sure you understand what the breakfast consists of: some bottled juices, Italian pop, coffee and milk. Different breads but limited options to actually use on the breads. Muffins ran out and it took a while for them to bring back more. No cheese other than cream cheese, which I thought was odd. All in all, I would not stay here if the breakfast was an important or defining point.

Great place to stay

We don’t usually stay where there is no staff on site but this was so easy and really straightforward. Check-in is digital and easy, the room was really nice, spotlessly clean and breakfast downstairs self serve and very good. The Jeffrey restaurant downstairs was excellent and full both nights we were there (only open wed to sun) really enjoyed the stay

Very nice, quiet area, it was off season (skiing) so there weren't a lot of people around and the drive up the hill was nice. The bar was quaint and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely beautiful property and facilities. Fantastic rooms and great security. Really good response about any questions, the system is totally automated, but extremely easy to understand and very functional. Highly recommend, we will be back.

The company that operates the hotel had their data hacked in June. No communication was sent to me to inform me about the hack. I was contacted by a party that had obtained my information twice and had to replace my credit card. I consider that poor service. There are no staff at this hotel. I received far too many emails and texts regarding check-in-I guess they were being thorough. The main issue at the hotel is the guests who congregate in the lounge on the main level and can be heard in rooms on the second floor near the stairs above the lounge. The restaurant was great, and the room itself is spacious, clean and well supplied.

This properties within the walking distance of the downhill mountain biking trail. There are a few shops and places to eat. The property itself is very nice with a large spacious, clean room, excellent bed and the pantry shared with the rest of the property that was fully stocked with coffee, tea, fruit yogurt, milk cereal, so you could make your breakfast or eat a snack at any point during the day.
