This listing is for two of the three townhouse units rented together, it is not a single unit that sleeps 20 people. Each individual unit is designed comfortably for 10 people but entertaining and dinner for 20 is possible with the spare folding table. Hiking, biking and skiing trails right from your back door on 1000 acres of crown land, almost like a private mountain park!
