Fantastic again!

This is our second time at PR. We loved it again! There’s just so much to do for the kids which makes it relaxing for the adults. We only left the resort one time as everything we needed was on site. A fantastic stay and will be back!

Wait until it’s been renovated

Very tired “resort”. Construction happening but we were in a very dated area. Room had obvious mould and dirt, very un-sound proof and really wasn’t enjoyable. Restaurant pricing was crazy for the buffet, especially with coeliac kids who can’t eat most of the food. Really not worth it.

We understand it’s a kids and family friendly place although both nights we stayed we didn’t get sleep as families and children were running the halls screaming until midnight or later. So very exhausting

Out door area and pools and water park where awesome . Everything for the kids were great . Penguins restaurant food was pretty good , but the other ones need some work . Also the rooms where very outdated and need skit of work especially the bathroom where you can see signs of mould . Had a great stay , place just needs some updating .

Excellent place to stay! This is our second time staying at Paradise Resort and we will continue to stay with them every time we go back to the Gold Coast! Super convenient location, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants BUT you won’t need to leave the resort at all if you don’t want to, as they have everything you need in there! All day activities for the kids, restaurants, convenience store etc We can not fault it at all! Super recommended

Great accommodation for families as it is within walking distance to the beach and shops. Plus the on site pool, restaurant, games room, etc. Rooms are a good size but lacking maintenance and upkeep in the room we stayed in. Overall good experience for my family.

Room was filthy and had no been cleaned. We were moved to another room which was worse than the first. Hotel smelt, old and outdated. Would not swim in the pool or use the facilities. Kids refused to stay there. Checked out after 1 night and was not refunded as they said we stayed 2 nights when we 100% did not. Hotel should be reported to the Health and Safety Department as it surely violates health and safety requirements. Very disappointed as it looks amazing online, not so much in real life.

We stayed as a family of four and were very disappointed with one of the beds provided. It was a foldable bed that was extremely wobbly and squeaky. The constant movement and noise made it nearly impossible to get a proper night’s sleep, especially for our kids, it was honestly quite torturous. We expected much better from Paradise Resort and were shocked that such a poor quality bed was considered acceptable for guests. This significantly affected our experience
