"We had an amazing stay at this hotel — it was truly more than our expectations. From start to finish, everything was excellent. The facilities were outstanding, very well maintained, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The restaurants were fantastic, with great variety and quality of food.
What really made our experience special was the incredible staff. A heartfelt thank you to Hind and Joe for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hussam at the bar, who was friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable.
In fact, all the staff deserve recognition — everyone was helpful, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to returning again!"
