Overall - service is okay… Areas for improvement: - Mosquito spray in rooms daily and around site. - Food menu should vary - same food daily is uneatable. - Shuttle bus service should be free throughout the day. - Benches and shelters around the site. - Air conditioning in all areas. - Multi-faith prayer room is a must on site. - Faster check in and check out service. Good Points: - Friendly Staff

Brilliant stay at this hotel with plenty to do and great food options! If your vegan or vegetarian, be a bit cautious as the lanelling of food is incorrect (some state vegan but contain milk and eggs!), also some guests just use whatever serving spoon is closest which can result in cross contamination The entertainment team were brilliant and the evening shows were very entertaining.

It was a pleasant experience, offering a variety of activities suitable for all age groups. Additionally, the dining selections tend to be more extensive on weekends compared to weekdays. During peak times, securing a poolside spot or a table can be challenging.
