Room was superb as was the mattress. Couldn't fault it. The image in the public areas tries to be young cool but after the initial curiosity you realise that comfort has been forgotton to achieve this. But what really lets this hotel down is the food. After a long trip I turned up very hungry to find the only main food was pizza and they had run out of pizza bases so there was nothing. Unforgivable. And breakfast for £15 was awful. No bacon and the sausages were cheap and awful as was the powdered scramble egg. One special shout out to the receptionist with a beard. He was excellent, effortlessly helpful.

This property is eclectic in look, with a fun atmosphere. The immediate area around the property looks a bit run down, but walk a block away and you will be pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood. There is a train stop next to the property making it very convenient to get around.

"Wonderful stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. Slightly dissatisfied

When I arrived on Sunday night, I was greeted by reception rather abruptly. I showed the receptionist my booking on Hotels.com and I was more or less challenged about my reservation. Whether this is something to do with communication between Hotels.com and the hotel I’m unsure, however to be greeted in such a fashion was not very pleasant. He told me that it was for the night before when it was clearly evident that I had booked the Sunday night staying until Monday morning. He still couldn’t find my reservation so I was passed to a manager who asked to see my email confirmation which told exactly the same information. Would I stay there again based on the way I was greeted? Probably not, as there are plenty of other hotels nearby. Reception did not even progress to ask whether I wanted to breakfast, but why should I give the hotel more money at this point?

The room was cleaned on time, I didnt like not having a microwave in my room, it caused me to eat out more than I wanted, but the staff made uo for it they were friendly and welcoming
