Room was spotless and very nicely decorated, all amenities were available. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had asked for my room to be decorated with balloons and roses etc and they did not disappoint! Breakfast on the Saturday & Sunday was a total disgrace as NO FOOD was ready at all … Karen the deputy manager had to cook our breakfast herself on Sunday ….
