"We booked the triple bedroom and the room is huge. Beds were comfortable. There were 3 onsen in the hotel, pretty good but a little old. In fact this hotel feels a little old but overall it is still good, a traditional Japanese ryokan feel. The checking in was a little inefficient as we waited for a while until our turn to be brought to the room. Breakfast was a little chaotic, we were told that the breakfast buffet start at 650am-8am but at 7+am we were still queueing for table. Feel too early and being rushed to start the day. They have shuttle bus from the train station to the hotel, journey just 1-2 mins. Else it is also walkable like 5 mins. "

"The BOSENKAN was a great experience. We really enjoyed the Onsen, even though it was our very first experience. The food was traditional, and there were a lot of new tastes for us which was nice. We were surprised by the large number of non-native workers there were. It did make understanding them difficult, and we felt it was less authentic. But we still enjoyed our stay!
