Japanese style room with tatami mats and futons. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessities and amenities. Kimono, slippers, toiletries and supplies. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it.

小学4年生の息子と下呂へ2人旅。 JRで下呂駅から徒歩で行ったのですが、まさか駅からシャトルバスが出ているなんて！知りませんでした。 他の宿泊所さんは、電車がきたら『〇〇宿こちら』のプラカードをだして待ってましたよ。 かなりの坂道をひーこら小学生の息子と登りました。 もっとシャトルバスのアピールをしてほしかったです。 スタッフさんは丁寧でした。ちょうど宝探しゲームをやっていて、子どもの時間潰しに良かったのですが、 スタッフさん、回答を言わないで〜。宝箱を探す探検が楽しいのに。 お風呂は最高です。お肌ツルツル！しかも時間が良かったのか、空いてました。 イルミネーションイベントしてましたが、普通でした。 ご飯はビュッフェでした。お酒無料はすごく良かったです。しかし、お肉類はイマイチでした。冷えて固かった。子どもが食べれる物が少なかったです。

夜の8時ぐらいにエクスペディアにて予約を取り、現地に行くと予約が反映されてないため、宿泊の予約は取られてないと断られます。 このシステムの反映されないというのをまず改善してほしいです。 そしてどんな部屋が撮ったかわからないということで、本来撮った部屋とは違うレベルが低い部屋を提供されました。しかし、翌日、それに気づいたスタッフの方が丁寧に対応してくださいました。 このホテルは面白い作りになっており、夜のバイキングも素敵です。部屋の設備などは老朽化が目立ちますので、少し改善が必要かなと思いますが、リーズナブルでとても楽しいホテルだと総合的には思います。

こちらの夕食のバイキングメニューが好きで、下呂温泉に旅行で行った時に、たまに宿泊してます。 夏に行った時、夕食のデザートにハロハロがあって、秋だしもう無いだろうと思っていたら、今回は秋の大人スイーツなる物がありました。美味しかったです。 露天風呂からの景色と下呂温泉ならではのトロトロの泉質も最高でした。

館内の雰囲気は清潔感もあり非常に良かった。 お風呂もきれいで、泉質も肌触りも良く満足できた。 食事に関しては、バイキングだったのですが、酒類も豊富で味も良く時間いっぱいまで堪能できました。 唯一、食事の終わり際にレストランの掃除が始まり、隣の席に掃除道具が置かれたりして微妙な感じだった。 時間内なのに、周りで掃除が始まると嫌な感じにとらえる人もいるのではと思う。 食事をしている人が時間いっぱいまで落ち着いていられるように配慮した方が良いと思う。
