"Wonderful experience"

"Do not book here! I made an online reservation through Hotels.com at a very good rate which is why I selected this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk employee very graciously offered to check me in early. I thought how fantastic! She begins asking how many staying in the room and everyone's names. Should have been my first clue as there was an online booking and all of that information was there through Hotels.com. I didn't realize there was a problem until day 2 when we were locked out of our room. Went to front desk and was told we owed much more money. I tried looking up reservation through Hotels.com and couldn't find the information. She is still telling me I owe more money. We are there my kids are there at this point do we just leave? I look at bank statement, the amount she's asking for has already been pulled from my account. She then texts a photo of my bank statement to her "boss" and proceeds to reactivate my room keys. Now being home from my sons birthday weekend and settled, I realized she did not use my booking through Hotels.com and all of my charges were directly to WoodSpring Suites and largely over the amount I would have paid through Hotels.com. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN."

"Dirty and needs an update. Provided shelter for our Two Step Inn festival and within walking distance."

"The Georgetown Sheraton is in a great location with several restaurant and bars within walking distance,including a nice bar inside the hotel. The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay here again."

"The ac only worked the first night. We had to Clorox the counters they were visibly dirty. The shower was in bad shape tiles were in bad shape. The tub faucet had a steady drip. The security latch was broken so just had the normal door lock."

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly, conscientious and extremely helpful! The hotel was such a short walk to the Two Step Inn venue so it was perfect all around! Also a big shout out of appreciation to the 24 hour coffee in the lobby! "
