Staff wait time was long. Gave the room doesn’t match description, and didn’t really give a good price for it. The front desk uy was nice, but GM was not helpful. Gave the room we booked to someone else even though we already paid. Didn’t let us know that the room was not available.

The property itself was a bit rundown. The entire silverware drawer in the kitchen area was missing. No phone in the room and the chair was damaged at the desk. It was quiet and the staff was great! I believe the property nay just need a bit of updating to it as far as upkeep.

The smell was horrible, wet dog and pee smell everywhere both floors they had me try. Walls all had damage, no toiletries, nothing near by. Complained to the front desk to which they could have cared less. Refused to refund or cancel so i could leave. Refused to respond to Expedia or me. Gm never contacted me as requested.
