"The parking did not feel safe or easy, most of it was at the back of the hotel. I was checking in at night and the lot was full and I didn't think I could get in the back door without a room key card. I had to walk around to the front in the dark with my suitcase. My check-in experience was smooth and quick. When I got to my room, the highway noise was so loud I thought the window was open. I went to check the windows and they were closed. Then I noticed that the room smelled bad, like pee. I decided between the noise and the smell, it wasn't worth trying to stay. I immediately went back downstairs and checked out. "

"Our room was toward the back of the building so it was nice and quiet. And we could park our car back there, close to our room. The suite was roomy with a full size couch. The kitchen was nice with a full refrigerator and freezer and a small table and two chairs. The bed was comfortable. It was nice that the shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink area. We ate breakfast there two of our three mornings and were disappointed in the breakfast served, especially the second time. Both mornings we were at the breakfast buffet 15-20 minutes before it was supposed to be over. The second time much of the food was already gone. And no one showed up to replenish anything until almost 9:30. The breakfast is why we give this place 4 stars instead of 5."

"Easy checkin and checkout. Staff was very helpful. Room was clean and more spacious than other Alofts. I was able to checkin early. The lobby area was showing wear. Fabric on couch was stained and needs update. Bar service available at sister property adjacent to Aloft when I returned around 10:30pm.. No self service bar area. Parking was fine."
